Brit rock wankers Oasis played Glasgow Hampden Park on Wednesday. Following an outburst by the Primal Scream singer at Glastonbury where he offended a lotta people by asking "Is anyone here to see Kylie?......Well fuck off!" (she wasn't there because she has cancer), Oasis mainman Liam Gallagher asked the Hampden crowd the same thing ALMOST "Is anyone here to see Anthrax? Well fuck off!"
What have the Thrax done to upset the monobrowed fuckwank?


P.S. Scottish piss poor tabloid mentioned the incident by calling Anthrax "a little known thrash punk band"???????????? :tickled:
 
Oasis sucks balls live, period. They also think they get their fame by getting controversial. Remember, they talked shit about Beatles and Stones too. Bottom line: FUCK THEM!
 
they wrote some cool songs that´s no doubt. But they still suck live. I saw the footage from Prague show-it was horrible.
 
I'm surprised they've heard of Anthrax!

Anyways, Heathen played on the same night and anyone Scottish who was in the country and missed this gig is a traitor against metal because Heathen fucking rocked!

I can't relate to anyone who is REALLY into Oasis. Sure, I was into them when I was like 8 but soon grew out of them along with Nirvana and Bon Jovi.

What Anthrax should do is do a parody of Wonderwall... it'd be cool!
 
I saw an interview with the Gallagers 10 years ago when they mentioned Anthrax as an inspiration when they started the band... I must have heard wrong.

Who gives a fuck, I don´t get offended by minor stuff like that, maybe the audience looked distracted so he had so say something? Oasis have always sucked live, boring shite.

Now I can't even admit that I think their first two albums are great and they have some b-sides that are better than most bands album tracks.

Fuckin Wankers, I sadly paid 35 quid to go see this so called "legaendry" live act and it was safely the worst show i've ever been to. They can't entertain with their music so they resort to slaggin people off.

If i was ever to pass that monkey faced Knob polisher in the street I would certainly be tempted to urinate on him!
 
I hope those cunts in Oasis die of testicular cancer, hopefully before they have any (or more offspring). I take it you've never met a veteran of the Blur - Oasis wars then?

I know people who are fanatical about Oasis to the point of claiming that Noel Gallacher is a genius.

If you think that their B-sides are better than most bands' album tracks then you just need to hear more bands. Oasis are basically a dumpster of recycled older British music and you're an arse for trying to suggest otherwise.

Oasis are one of the most important bands from the UK in the last 20 years, fact. What I do find cool if not pleasantly suprising is that there aren't more people on here who completely missed what their contribution to music in the 90's was. Respec' innit. ;)

I need to listen to more bands? Ha Ha. You were probably in diapers when I started listening to music. I listen to all kinds of stuff. You sound like a narrow minded twat.
All music gets it's influence from somwhere, if you want to call it recycled that's fine. They're influenced by The Beatles and I like their early stuff. If that makes me "un-cool", then that's what I am. I don't give a fuck.

*Just for the record, i'm only talking about the music. I read NME every week and the interviews where Oasis slag everyone trying to get publicity. I think they're a couple of twats also and haven't done anything worthwhile since the second album.
