Xysma -yeah is a really cool album. It's not pure DM in a sense of other Finland Death Albums, but it still has the elements and worth checking out. Vomiturition -a leftover is one my favs, the Head Tales EP is cool too.

I don't know how obscure they are, but Insomnium and Swallow the Sun are some of my favorites. Down with the Sun and Drawn to Black by Insomnium are some of the best melodic-death pieces I have heard, and I'm a melodeath fan in general. Swallow the Sun is a sort of doom-melodeath hybrid, and they sound very good as well.
