Has anyone used these? They are pretty damn expensive (especially compared to competitors products), but then they have been recorded in a top notch studio (great engineers, room and gear) and come with a ton of samples too.....

Thoughts?

I'd love to have it, but I can't afford it. Also I'd use it for drum replacement only. The price tag is ridiculous! IMO. Also look at this pic. Makes me wonder how many velocities there are, compared to number of mikes. More mikes = more gigabytes, but less usable data.

Listenning to the sampletracks on their site, I wonder who would buy this over slate drums. Especially the kicks and snares sound like ass to me.
