off topic - need to know a swedish translation

totally off-topic, but i need to know how you swedes would express "following the fox" or "on fox's trail"
not "I follow the fox" but exactly like i wrote above, please.

Well i'm not really sure how it would be but maybe something like:
Following the fox = Följa efter räven.
on fox's trail = På spår efter räven.
