I got my hotel booked!! I can't wait. Anthrax at the club on Monday. Slash and friends at the same place tuesday, big four on Wednesday. Then when I come back to dc, my buddy's thrash band is playing a gig at dc9. Damn, what a crazy week it's shaping to be.

Cool. I will look you up whenever I get to Adelaide. Have you been to many Anthrax gigs? Have you seen them in Melbourne?

Seen them here in Adelaide in 90, 96, 04, 05, and last year at Soundwave. I ventured to Melbourne in 05 and saw them at the Palace (I think it was that???) and then trekked back to Adelaide the next day and saw them that night here again.

Awesome. I saw them in 90, 96, 04, 05. Missed soundwave though. The palace gig was great. Actually they played the palace exclusively from 96, to 05. All gigs were great. Which of the reunion gigs was better to you?

Melbourne by an absolute mile. I'm not sure if I was just too stuffed and hungover from the night before, but the Palace gig was amazing. The one here the next day had an average turnout and compared to the same venue gig the year before with Soilwork and KSE, it just didn't come close. That 04 MOMD show was amaaaazing.

04 the thing about the 04 shows was the mix of old and new, but the intensity was there for all of them. I remember the POT show at the glasshouse, we tore down the barrier during madhouse. I think Scott said that show was in the all time top 5 for Anthrax.
