Nero 6 burns DVDs if you got a DVD burner. As for DVD rippers I've been having a hard time finding something reliable. There was DVD-X-Copy goin' 'round for a while, I think it can only be found on Kazaa and other frowned-upon services. Or check www.download.com and make a search for "DVD rip", you'll find a bunch of stuff. X DVD Ripper SE 1.2.1 looks decent...
