I should receive the Scorpions, and the new Vendetta album, "Hate" on Thursday. I had no idea this Vendetta album was out until Sunday night. This is the 'German' Vendetta from the late 80's who have been back together for about 5 years now, and finally released an album a couple months ago. I'm psyched to hear it, but it's been 19 years since the last one was released, so I'm a tad skeptical as well. Anyone hear this yet?
I'm curious in hearing what you think of the new Scorpions album?
It's got about 3-4 good songs on it...

good except i wouldn't get the 2 disc hits because eventually a boxset will come out with the rare stuff and i have most of it on the reissues anyways. hows then new song "justified"?
btw queensryche have a covers album coming out in november
I got the double disc version because I got it for the price of the single disc... Can't lose there, plus I can unload the other best of disc from years ago...

i never owned a best of queensryche disc because it lacks "someon else?" and "my global mind"

to each his own but 3-4 for you?!?!? Man I can stop listening to this cd, imo the 'weakest' song in 321. I don't mean that in a bad way it was just the one song that I thought was very very poppy in lyrics as well. With all that said almost 2 weeks and I'll be on a SCORPIONS ROAD TRIP!! My top songs are "We were born to fly" "Love will keep us alive" and "Last Song"

I like about 5 or 6 tracks. I think this and Unbreakable are their most solid releases since Crazy World.

Demons Will Fly
New Scorps wasn't bad. Heavy yet pop oriented (read catchy with a modern vibe). In terms of style, it reminded me of the latest Stryper album, only with orchestration.
