It more than likely is Cacophony ive had that song for quite a while and its pretty good stuff, its Marty Friedman and Jason Beckers old band, im sure someone else will go more into detail later...

I'm almost certain it is Cacophony. Vai never had a song called that, the song is off the album of the same name and it is about 10 minutes or so long if i remember correctly.
