Opeth guitar tunings?

this is what I think as well.

Seriously, master's apprentices is standard tuning.

Gojira is another band that truly shines with E tuning as well as dropped D, they have insanely heavy tracks but yet its same tuning as opeth

I Tune down only to so i can sing without straining, or to make a riff or song sound Phat

Dimmu Borgir plays in E, I think.

They've played in D since PEM or DCA. Everything live is tuned to D as well.

They have a tab book, I thinks its called "The Best of Opeth" or something but I doubt it is filled with actual tab transcription from their original music. I have seen those tabs and do not agree with a lot of the stuff that's in there and I have found that looking for the Guitar pro tabs is better and can be more accurate and can at least help you if you have trouble with some parts.
