Is it just me or is Mendez's bass irregularly large?

or martin m. is irregularly small. i've never stood next to him. i've just seen him onstage. and everyone always looks larger than life when you're looking up to them onto the stage. he looks like a little boy.

Yeah it does look big. He must me a small guy. I own a bass like that and man it doesn't look like that in the few photos I have of me playing.
We need vital statistics and perhaps a better camera angle.

He's not that small.. He's about 1m70 (whatever that is in the states *g*). His bass is huge indeed!!
