Basically, this is just a stupid tournament based on randm matchups (except for one) among just about every great Opeth composition...I left out Requiem, Prologue, Madrigal, and Patterns to ensure a perfect 32-song field. I did make sure that no songs from the same album were matched against each other. I will accept votes until this time three days from now. I would post this as a poll if the format permitted...

9 I really like epilogue so I choose epilogue (even though tnsw is awesome too)

10 amen corner (the moor makes me sleepy)

12 face of melinda

13 hmmm "stay with me a while"" vs "come into this night" this one is tough too, I tend to believe benighted is the most underrated and overlooked song, but damn that harvest is good. I choose benighted because I love the lush crispness of the accoustic guitar and the "tertiary" (?) rhyme structure of the lyrics.

2. Demon of the Fall (rather tough as well, this time I just like 'em both!)
3. The Apostle in Triumph (EXTREMELY TOUGH, because I LOVE 'em both)
4. Advent (a rather easy one for a change)
5. Serenity Painted Death (no contest here)
6. Bleak (aaarghhh, this is the hardest one!)
7. Moonlapse Vertigo (two completely different, but nonetheless great songs should not be paired...)
8. The Funeral Portrait (couldn't decide, but have been listening to this one more lately...)
9. Epilogue (so DAMN hard choosing once again!)
10. The Moor (a bit easier than the previous ones)
