Opeth's logo stolen...by a cruise line???

This is super super wierd! This was seen on a billboard, so I searched the cruise line that was being advertised, and wholah! The Opeth symbol!

This is what they had to say:

We purchased this logo from a stock photo website and purchased the rights to it. It is not copyrighted in any way, and though I do see from visiting opeth.com that they are using it as well, we do not plan on suing them for using the same image, since our industries don't overlap in any way, so you can tell them that they don't need to be concerned.

What's even dumber is the logo looks pretty out of place in that site design. Probably because the last thing I associate with the Opeth logo is boat cruises.
