Opinions/critiques on latest song/mix

Hi all,
Haven't posted in a long time. Finishing up a new "demo" for my band. Just wanted some opinions/critique on the mixing and what not. Another forum member has been doing a badass job mixing and mastering our stuff for our CD, but I still like to work on my skills when time permits.

The vocals sit too high in the mix and the guitars and drums sound on top of each other. Tonally though, the guitars sound great and the drums are good, but need to be slightly drier. The bass is very lost in everything else and needs to find it's own spot as well.
