I did this today as a sample trying to get some decent tones out of my Rig and DAW.
The Guitars (2 tracks) recorded with a Shennheriser 835 (only mic i got)
Im not about to tell you the type of amp till i get some feedback ....lol
The guitar is a OLP Petrucci with Dimarzio PAF Pro in the bridge. Run through a TS808 into the amp.
This was sne to the soundcard on my laptop then into Sonar SP4
The guitars have andys C4 on them and a bit of parametric on them pulling the really bad frequencies.
The bass is a sample cause i dont have a real bass in the house.
Drums are andys samples.
