Orchastrated guitar

I post this in another forum BUT...

I'm not really big on plain orchestra music but when they add guitar too it, it gets 100x's better. Can anyone recommend any good bands that do that type of thing, I know Symphony X does at times but I want a whole album like that. I heard G3 and they did Fugue and it was amazing.

i wrote a piece for orchestra and guitar, but never recorded it. so i guess it dont count lol

also, maybe check out apocalyptica. they are cellos instead of guitars, but it may be what your looking for
