Ordering new CD EP

I e-mailed Spinefarm about the price of CD-EP "Trashed..." and they didn't answer

I want to send money in envelope to them. CD singles are 10 $ and albums are 20$. So I guess it's 20 $. Did someone ordered CD EP this way ? Please help me.

I guess it costs 10 Euro. The DVD probably costs 15 euro. If you have credit card you can order like that also.
