I heard the white house hesitates to show the picture they have because he got shot in the head too. They say its so horrible that they don't know if it's good to show it officially, some would find it offensive in the Muslim countries.

That may be true. Dunno if you have already seen a true picture of someone shot in the head, but it can be just horrid, totally not like in Hollywood movies. If it has been with a shotgun, in fact, there's really no point in showing it, cause we would have a pic of "half of ben laden's face" if not less.

Haha looks like he wasn't actually armed at all and didn't use his wives as human shields either. In fact there weren't even guards (says the latest official version) in the second or third floor which is where they found Bin Laden and his family. Two other men and a women were shot (one of them was the courier).

I saw some ex spec-ops guy explaining the ,,why they just killed him instead of a capture" thing. Basically there were real threats comming from Osama himself that he or one of his friends would detonate nearby explosives killing US soldiers in the process on any attempt of capture. wouldn't logic tell you that if there was a "cover up" or something that the people who are being accused of it wouldn't be the ones to willingly provide you with the facts you need to form a judgement which leads to believe that there was a cover up???
