I'm looking for a Webcam to upgrade my Studio. Preferably 19" rackmountable and with a tube to warm up the images! Sorry, just kidding... 
I want something for Skype mainly as I can't think of any other use. I just don't wanna buy the cheapest thing out there just in order to find out what it can't do that the next best modell für 5 bucks more would have been capable of. (Well there's webcams in control rooms that aren't visually connected to the live area but I'm not going to use it in any production-related way.)
So what do I look out for?
Must be usable with a Notebook.
Oh yeah and I don't wanna spend more than 40 at the most as it's more or less just for fun.
The Logitech QuickCams look nice...
