A.) not necessarilly. depends on where the wound is. i had 3 stiches in a 1" gash on my leg, but 7 in a 1/2" cut on my chin.

B.) stiches are spaced further apart when they can be, but in a case of trying to keep a rather important apendage attached to the body, theyll use as many as possible, no matter how small the asians penis is.
