Our first video - AxeFx, Superior and a lil gore

Hi folks,

here is the first video of my new band - Ofen.

To visit us and find out who is this unbelievable pretty woman look at my sig and check the links.

All guitars and the bass are recorded/reamped with the AxeFX II.
All drums are PLAYED, but decently edited and 'recorded' with Toontrack Superior.
The vocals are completly ... GERMAN. Surprise.

The bass is a 5-String MusicMan Stingray.
The guitars are a Schecter BlackJack SLS 7 string and a Ibanez RG7321.
The drums are analog drums with triggers and some trigger cymbals from roland and yamaha.
The vocals are recorded with a Rode N1.


And now i hope you have some fun




And yes. The blood in the video is all real cause at the end of the shooting the mirror cut my hand and some nerves in it (scary) ...

(btw. that was the gore part)

... and though i am recovering and are able to play some chuggah parts ... it is still a pain

Hey. I just wanna improve my skills. I know the most
of you have improved their skills by posting their stuff, gettin comments and learn from the input of the comunity.

"Give back knowledge to comunity" seems to be a worthless statement.

I do not usually give my opinion because I'm a newbie and I'm afraid to screw. I hope you take this into account:

- The guitars are very hidden and off
- The drums are very jumbled, but each element does not sound bad at all
- The voice is well, blended with the mix
- In general, I notice all very jumbled with a difficult differentiation of each instrument, it seems as if equalized in a somewhat strange.

The song is cool.
