I remember on my visit to Toronto I stopped by on Young HMV and saw the prices there, I could not believe my eyes. CDs you find ever were for $10 they have them there for like 2 times the price. My dying bride release the swans was like $32

The only thing good about that store is that they actually have a pretty decent selection. The Metal Gods are going to be signing autographs there too... I think... tomorrow. Halford, Immortal and one or 2 other bands anyways.

Yes, it takes a fortune to buy CDs at the mall. Most of the places I go to charge $14, and that is all you should pay for any CD.

Mothernorth.. i have alot of freinds in Italy that are into metal and it seems like Italy, and Spain have good prices on cds. Much better than UK or France.

Good to know.... so everytime I buy a cd maybe I won't say "Holy shit look at the price".

Ahh,noted! When I saw 'HMV' I automatically thought £, cuz I thought HMV was a british-only thing. Never seen an HMV in america myself! at least not in texas, hawaii, california, new jersey, pennsylvania or new york.
We have hmv stores in Australia as well. A cd costs about $30 here, which is a rip-off considering that dvd's cost about the same. Also they don't have any underground stuff whatsoever, or at least not metal underground.

Here in Greece cds are mostly between 12 - 18 euros...

Lower or higher price is strange...

Argh.....:OMG:

Here in Italy it was made a new law that will bring in two weeks cds (even cd-r, cd-rw, hdd...to say shortly everything useful to store datas) to duplicate their cost.....

What shitty country I live in.........
