Overhead and Room Samples

Hi :
some snare samples come with snare overhead samples or snare room samples,
I use Metal Machine and Aptrigga 2 for sample replacement, so there's a room and overhead channels in Metal Machine.
How do I use the Snare Overhead samples? Do I insert them in the overhead channel using Aptrigga? or at the snare channel?
