Overhead mics?

I'm looking to pickup a pair of overhead mics, looking to spend about 350 total. Recommendations anyone? Thanks!

I just grabbed a pair of AT3035 for $130 each for this purpose. They're great mics all around though. They are now discontinued, so you'll have to either get used or find who has stock left.
