panning problem

hey guys i've noticed when i hard pan to the left a track i can hear a little of it on the right monitor whats wrong is my soundcard fawked

well what instrument is on the track? and is it mono/stereo?

and does it happen no matter what track you pan?

its mono (guitar) and yeah it happens on all tracks even when i pan hard right i hear it on the left alittle also

that's really strange man.
could be a driver issue or something of that sort.
what daw are you running?

Probaby your PA. Try putting away your current setup and try with headphones, plugged straight at the line output of your computer.

i am hearing it with headphones from the line out of the soundcardukeshity audigy)time for a new soundcard i think.... could be the drivers too
