Ozone 3 is linear phase, but also parametric. Parametric, IIRC, refers to the idea of an adjustable "Q". As such, I would say most linear phase EQ's are also parametric. However, not all parametric EQ's are linear phase.
I may be wrong in description, but I think a linear phase EQ adjusts the frequencies determined by the user without creating any phase artifacts or phase shift.
