Finished up mixing a Bush/Chili version of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid". Let me know how it sounds. I was stupid and really cranked it during mixing , so its probably hosed. Overall mix may be too bright. Give me your input. Thanks again to Chili over a Home Recording for lending me his vocals. The mix doesn't hurt but overall it's bit lifeless I'm afraid. Biggest problems: dull, robotic drumming and weak vocals (sometimes out of tune). Whatever mix you can get out of it - it won't be interesting.

The song itself is pretty repeatative. Not one of my fav Sabbaths. I believe the song itself was a fluff piece they inserted into the album. So I do agree its a boring song. But I had fun and thats what counts

I happen to love Sabbath's version. It has almost a punk edge to it - pure energy. Maybe that's why it needs to have more live feeling to actually work.

Yeh. I dont sing often and my throat hurt after that
