Pavor

I checked out one of their albums a month or two ago, wasn't sure what to think about it. I'll have to go back and find it again.

Coming from the guy with a Disturbed sig and a Bleeding Through avatar...

My thoughts: they are one of the few techy bands that are good IMO. Like most technical bands they are fun listen to on the surface because of their sheer skill at their instruments. However they are also able to write some good riffs and songs too.

Theyre a very good and technical band.I like their music and i think Furioso is better than the first album. It is an awesome kick-ass album. You should check out Furioso and carefull with the bass player.Pavor uses great and tecnical basslines.(Especially in Furioso)

"A Pale Debilitating Autumn" was absolutely stunning on the first few listens, but now, about six months on, it has little staying power and I only really find myself listening to a few tracks at a time. A good album, but not quite great. "Furioso", on the otherhand, doesn't appeal to me at all.

I agree, they are technical, but at the same time it doesn't appeal to me or get my blood pumping. They have good bass solo's though. That's what metal bands these days forget about, that all important bass solo.
