Just a moment ago I came home from work all worn out and checked my mailbox. And there was a package from Peaceville. I opened the package in a moment and there it was - Ghost of the Sun-promo.

So I am one of those lucky 25 who won at Peaceville competition. And I've never won anything before this. So thanx Peaceville, you made my day.

kind of makes the fact that i got 2, yes 2 Metal Hammer goody bags whilst waiting for Opeth, yes Opeth yesterday kind of irrelevant. oh oh oh, did i mention that they both contained amongst other things the 3 track promo!!! yay, that means i got 2 full length black metal cds (dont know why they're in there) and 2 of the Katatonia promos! yay, its as good as winning something, i also got Martin Lopez's signiture and he gave me a drum sick thingy as well. oh well, i'd give the other promo thing to someone on the board but i already have...

How on earth could you win it, when the Peaceville site says this:

"The winners will be posted on the Peaceville website and will also be notified via e-mail. Peaceville's decision is final. The draw will be made on the 17th March 2003."

Basically that means that they're not following the rules they themselves set for the competition, which is really odd, and, at least here in Finland, more-or-less illegal.

I got that promo too, I got lucky and found it in a store that sells that kind of stuff occasionally and got it for £2. Nice to have I guess, if you're a sucker like me!

Of cuorse I can share it with others. I wrote that Katatonia is the best band in the world coz they have the best song writer, lyricist and singer in the world.
