None between the 6505 and 5150. The 5150II(and 6505+) has a better clean channel.

so which one should i consider buying once i have enough money? what's your recommendation?

What pisses me off about these is that 5 years ago you used to be able to find a used 5150 for like $400-$500. Now you're lucky to find one for $800
