My bass chain is: Bass -> Sansamp BDDI -> Soundcard
My guitar chain is: Guitar -> Ibanez TS7 -> Soundcard
I want to setup my gear in a way that my bass and my guitar use the same cable, then I won´t have to disconnect the TS7 or the BDDI and all the cables involved evertime that I decide to change the instrument. So, the chains are going to be:
Tracking bass: Bass -> Ibanez TS7 (bypass) -> Sansamp BDDI (active) -> Soundcard
Tracking guitar: Guitar -> Ibanez TS7 (active) -> Sansamp BDDI (bypass) -> Soundcard
Nome of these pedals (TS7 and BDDI) are "true-bypass", so I was wondering if put them bypassed on the chain like this will make the signal worse in any way.
