Just wanted to recommend this one to everyone that haven't bought it yet.

Brilliant double live album that spotlights / highlights a lot of the Pure album as well as several of the older songs. Beautiful packaging as well.

A classy album indeed.

Great album (much better than the crap Marillion is putting out these days!)

Check out Gazpacho's "Tick Tock" (if you like the "newer" Marillion)
It's the album Marillion should have done (imo)

Have to disagree on that one. Not on Gazpacho being a great band... Have seen them live in Oslo a few times and enjoy them each time. Haven't heard Tick Tock yet though.

However.... The last three Marillion albums are as close to musical perfection as you can get (IMO of course). Yes, they have strayed far from their prog roots (if they ever had any, debatable), but that doesn't mean they are bad.

I still love the "other" neoprog bands immensely (Pallas, Pendragon, Twelfth Night, IQ, and others), but feel Marillion have developed into something absolutely amazing.

By the way, the third night of this years convention was my 33rd Maril show, so I am a bit of a lunatic...:)

Well, believe it or not, I really liked "Somewhere Else"
(I know alot of people did not)

imo - "Afraid Of Sunlight" & "Brave" are masterpieces!
I love them! but, I could not get into Marbles or Happiness.

Regardless, they are an excellent band & "Misplaced Childhood" remains one of my favorite albums of all time:)
