Personal headphone amp

I'm looking for to get 2-4 little boxes with volume control and maybe eq on them, with a stereo 1/4" TRS headphone output, preferably powered by 48v and not a wall wart or batteries. Something as loud/clean/cheap as possible. I feel like it would be more comfortable for people to track if they have a little bit of control over their monitor mix, and it'll give them one less excuse for not being able to play their instrument.

I'm going to be feeding these with the analog outs of my interface (I'm assuming I would have to use 2 TRS or XLR outputs for each stereo headphone mix?)

This would probably be fine if it didn't have all the extra routing, wasn't powered by a external supply, and/or was a little cheaper:

Also been looking at these but I'm not sure how to get a stereo mix from the DAW with them:

Anyone have any other recommendations?

Well I have the Berhinger Micro amp one, got it attached to the mic stand so anyone doing vocals can adjust their monitoring as they need it (i feel like its more important for vocalists as their volume can go up and down as opposed to guitars) and it works pretty well. In terms of routing, I just use a Y cable, so I plug the two mono ends into the two TS output jacks on the interface and the other end into the TRS input on the microamp. Headphones go in with 1/4" adapters and there you have it.

Don't know anything about the Rolls one, but the Berhinger is cheaper and has more outputs in case more than one person wants to listen. I always hear horror stories about Berhinger quality, but so far everything I've got from them has been fine.

Yeah, Behringer might be a morally shitty company but most of their stuff is a good value for the price. The Y cable method would work except that I'm going about 45 feet and through 2 wall panels so I would like to keep everything balanced. I think I could just not connect the extra pole and still prevent signal loss over that length though so that might work.
