If you answer the questions on the test honestly, it will be fairly accurate to your personality (assuming that is the same test I took a month ago or so). You also need to think of them in general terms instead of specific situations. It's never going to nail down your exact personality unless you're completely one-dimensional, but it should give you a good idea.
