Pertness - From the Beginning to the End

Ok what in great satan's name possessed them to call themeselves Pertness I'll never know, but the songs on myspace are quite enjoyable in a quirky way. They remind me a bit of Blind Guardian on a less bombastic leve mixed with a little Runing Wild. There is one full song and samples to try. The little sample Foggy Dew sounds awesome. Vocals are surprisingly heavy and still pretty melodic. Another Innocent Victim is a full of BG worship song. Also check the song Seven Times Eternity from their previous album it's extremely catchy! This stuff sounds good to me but that name is just gay!

[Diabolik]

I have been a fan of this band since I heard them a year or so ago. They also have an early Crystal Eyes vibe going to. Terrible name but great band.
