I'm puzzled it sounds like thrashed metal. I thought by the cover of the album this is a dark ambient goth rock stuff :loco:

Great teaser, I have a mate at MySpace from Canada whose band sound a lot alike, do you know them? :p

Like Carnut said, we want MORE! :Smokin:

Looks can be deceiving. What's your friend's band name?

As for more stuff... it's coming. I've still got a rather large body of work in the mixing department before this is finished.

If you guys are trying by means of teasing to keep our attention posted on your project...you're suceeding!

In the meantime somehow this reached my hands, any idea what can it be?

Did you order that from a distributor? I can't remember mailing any CDs to Costa Rica.

CDBaby is carrying it. I also got there Collusion and Brain Surgeons NYC (two more bands from MySpace) and I'm convinced the guys is Scale The Summit (also from MySpace) to put their debut album there too, so I will do another haul from there soon. :D

CDBaby is a great place for independent bands to put their stuff. They accept CC, take 2-3 days maximum fulfilling the order, never got a problem with them.

You ordered one of those Brain Surgeons cds? That's the band I mentioned a few months back that features the Bouchard brothers, principle songwriters for BOC in their glory days. I bought two of their albums from CDBaby awhile back.

Looks like your CD is coming together quite well, Brandon! I'll be in line to buy it, you know that! :headbang:

Yeah if you see the haul thread I thanked you for that ;). I bought the last one because is the more metal of them all. I have been in contact with the band at MySpace, the vocalist/guitar/composer Deborah is a great person and very kind in her comments.

Never been a fan of Manowar, but I tell you that Ross The Boss work on "Denial Of Death" kick ass, the song '1864' is easily of the BEST I have listen to in years. Sadly I didn't got this album last year it would have made the top ten.

Oops, I hardly ever read that thread as I tend to buy one or two cds at a time and that hardly qualifies as a "haul". You're welcome though! I really want to get that latest one since it's more metal, but I keep spending my money on DVDs lately. So much good music, so little money.

Tracking is more or less finished. We've got a guest solo still to come in on one of the songs and a few dubs. :kickass:

Hopefully in about 2 weeks we'll have a new (fully mixed and mastered) song for you guys to hear.

2 weeks? What do you think this is the government? We demand that job done by Friday :p

The suspense is killing us :D

Friday? Not gonna happen. There just aren't enough hours in the day.

Sure they are, don't sleep, don't eat, don't have sex. Just record :p
