Is anyone else having problems with their phones today?
I've been unable to get any service for the last few hours... my housemate reckons their landlines were fucked at work today and now that he's trying to make calls on his mobile it's not working at all. I can't find any news articles on related issues online yet but a quick search of Whirlpool forums showed:
Optus 3G down in Sydney
Virgin down in Brisbane
Optus network down in Brisbane
Optus service down for Melbourne?
Arrrrgh... shittest possible timing for it too
