pickup help

I recently got a seymour duncan SH-6 distortion neck pickup and a seymour duncan invader bridge pickup, humbuckers.
From the pickups there is 4 wires:
A red, white, green, and a black.
There is also an exposed wire (metal) wire.

Can anyone advise me on what goes where?
Any help would be great.
