I've never played an Edge III. I'm so used to the Floyd Rose style bridges though, I have a hard time playing anything else haha.

Yes It's made by ESP, look at the last pic of the neck. It's pretty nice, How much did you have to pay for it? And what pickups? 80 and 85?

EMG 89 in both neck and bridge. All said and done the guitar cost me around $1400.

just wondering cz I played a schoolmate's grassroots Forest. and thought it was a goodaxe. (not the best materials spec-wise, but it was pretty well built if i remember correctly.)

Man, white guitars are the ultimate for the stage!
While black is the ultimate bad-ass color for metal in general, I have to say it's hard to beat the look of a white instrument under those colored lights.
