Germany's Nogroth do a tasteful Polka Pirate Metal.
Russia's Trelleborg are much more Symphonic Polka/Pirate Metal, perhaps more to the liking of a Turisas fan.
Neither band do the campy pirate lyrics, as far as I know, this is just a stylistic resemblance.
Australia's Claim the Throne, on the other hand, are straight up Alestorm worship.
