You learn at the citadel... I fucking googled a map of Washington and located the pentagon then travelled there on my own only to find that you can't even get in until the end of the game The power armour is useless.

I drove a half hour to see My Bloody Valentine, to find a bunch of cops in front of the theater... theater was closed for the night. Hopefully something will be on the news tomorrow to explain it... I, then, drove 30 minutes back to the theater near me and saw Gran Turino. good friggin movie!
