she didn't bend over she was sitting there looking at her locket or mirror then the gun randomly appeared beside her head. the angle didn't even look like she was holding it.Dude... she bent over, picked up the gun, lifted the gun to her head and shot herself.

You can see her CLEARLY bend over, pick up the gun, move her hand, with the gun in it, to her head, pull the trigger, and then watch as her brains explode across the screen and drip down the wall.
Also, if someone else where doing it, everyone would have caught the person. The officer dorms only have one way in and one way out, and it's the same door.
Also, LOL at the commercial placement (the intention of that jewtube video).

I think i really missed out on Fallout 3. I basically just did the main quest with no outside exploring or any sidequests or anything, sounds like i missed out on a lot of shit and now that i've beaten it its not like i can go back and check out all the shit i've missed. I should get it back from my friend and restart the game or something.

Get it back and restart it. make your new character completely different and you'll be playing a brand new game all over again. I was just following the main quest too until some friends told me to venture away from it for a while. Now I'm just trying to find everything on the map I can.
Make sure to get the scrounger perk early on that adds more bottlecaps whenever you find them. There's also one for more ammo that you should get asap too. You'll never run out of caps or ammo with those perks.

i dunno if i really have time to restart it, i barely had time to finish it and thats when i was on a 1 week break from school haha. ill see if i can reload an older save because i really want to explore the rest of the map, theres so much i didn't see, my brother told me about some pretty crazy shit.
