Please help me out with this sound

i want to mix some 80's sounding metal and i hope i'm nearly finished with this stuff.

Hey man, welcome! I listened to "Houses of Witches," and I feel the guitars are good, but a bit thin, and could use some boosting anywhere from 100-500 (ballpark range); also, I feel the vocals are a bit too far back; I guess less reverb would help if you've got a lot on, and if not, a bit of a boost in the 4-6k range to make them a bit more present. Also, the snare could use a little more snap/air, also around 4-6k, or maybe even higher. I like it though, good start! And for future reference, the best place to post these kinds of threads is in the "Rate my mix/tone" section. Just FYI!
