It's a bit loud in this mix. Parallel distortion is is going to help it sit better with the guitars. Also, are you using fresh strings? If not your bass tone is pretty much fucked from the start.

Timing of guitars/bass/drums sounds all over the place.

And it sounds like you need to do some serious EQing on everything.
