Yahoo free pages offer 15 MB, and they were allowing mp3s (not positive they still do).
Only problem is they shut you down for a while if too many people are checking the song out.

Just put it on www.mp3.com, it takes one or two weeks till songs get approved, but then you can check them out unlimited. The max allowed bitrate is 128 kbps though...
