So I just bought my first Handmade BC Rich guitar a few days ago - a gorgeous translucent Green Stealth - a-la one of my idols Mr. Schuldiner. Anyway - it arrived today, I opened the case, and this is what I see...

FUCK!

Painful isn't it? Now the fun part of getting my refund begins...

Yeah - I bought it new from a store, and it was insured. If they don't "happily" refund my money, I'll just call my credit card company and have the charges reversed as soon as I ship it back.

... that quite literally hurt. Seeing a fine guitar get brutally snapped, then wondering how the hell such an ugly break happened without deliberate effort... no fun. Good luck with the refund.
