Read my Colour Haze interview

I used to get thick cunt bacon from Albertchone's, the store brand, and it was the greatest bacon ever. Shit was like $8 a pound but worth every penny. Every greasy, artery clogging penny.

Eating pigs kicks ass.

The farmer's market I used to work at sold kickass bacon!

The 30% was so kickass I would have died a happy death induced by saturated fat from all that amazing food!

House of Rushammon has some awesome, awesome guitar licks! I learned parts of some of them and they're tons of fun to play around and improvise on the themes.

Rad.

Oh dude, Aqualung, AQUAFUCKINGLUNG.

It is so god damn amazing. I've only been listening to it for about 10 years and it gets better every time. I can't imagine how awesome it must be for those who have been listening to it since it came out. I'll upload it in due time.

Fun Fact: I received Aqualung on CD as an xmas gift in 1996, along with Resident Evil and October Rust by Type O Negative. So those three are inextricably tied to one another in my mind.

That be the only Type O I've ever heard back when I worked night crew at a grocery store with some gothy guy and we subjected each other to our music while we worked. I got him likin' Katatonia, which is good. I wasn't quite as sold on Static-X, Type O, etc.

You should hear some more Typo O. Like, all of them.

On second listen, I declare that Ewige Blumenkraft is up there amongst their best shit, which, well, is all of it really. Smile 2 is fucking AWESOME. I want to touch this band.

I haven't gotten around to uploading Aqualung yet, but I will soon!

I've never heard a full Tull album before.

Really should.

Songs from the Wood sounds like it'd work for me. Any words of wisdom?

Songs from the Wood is great. I would say Minstrel in the Gallery is my favourite Tull album if I was forced to choose... but Aqualung... and Thick As A Brick... you really can't go wrong.

Their discography section on their site is somewhat useful for a quick genre description of the albums: http://www.j-tull.com/discography/studio.html
