Pod farm problem... need help

I have a problem when using POD farm. Sometimes when i open up a preset or save a high gain preset and come back to it. It's a clean sound.. even when i fiddle w/the gain knob/bass/treble/mid knob no effect.. there is no gain what's going on? Even when i save a distorted setting in my DAw..when i re-open it .. clean sound. Same thing w/opening other people preset of killswitch/metallica..no distortion/just clean...
does anybody have this same problem? need help

Its because you torrented it. Let me guess the dual function doesn't work either? I know this because I had the torrented version a year ago and I'm ashamed of it.

This, or there could be an ilok. Either way it sounds like the license needs to be transferred.

Ahh my apologies then. i own the ux2 as well. You probably need to install the line 6 license manager and go through the steps it gives you.

no worries.. i think it's the routing. I read in some posts that some other customers complained about the same problem.

Did you try running the license manager? With the ux2, the license is actually stored in the interface kinda like an ilok. Pod farm won't work right unless the ux2 is connected and license manager has been run to set everything up correctly.
