Pod XT vs Pod Farm

Is there any real difference?

I'm considering getting Pod Farm Platinum and selling the XT, mainly due to me having to carry my rack case around to record, it'd lighten the load considerably.

Don't think really else, however.. numerous shootouts showed POD's DI capabilities as being pretty shit.. I wonder if you'd get a better result running POD Farm on a proper DI rather than POD Farm/PodXT thru the POD's DI.

That's partly why I was asking yeah. I'm getting a DI this week and I'll be splitting it into my Digi rack and into the Pod. Could skip the whole Pod XT thing. Pod Farm might be a good sidestep for me to make. Plus, it's cheap as shit and I'd sell the XT for a good price.
