what the fuck? You mean I'm the only one to reply to this? I know the later stuff isn't metal but come on. some fan has to slip out and speak up! I can't be the only one who completely digs this. To the 2 who voted. you probably don't even know who the hell he is and should be beat down with a empty 2 liter bottle. The Acid Bath Legacy is amazing! It's a complete shame about Audie though and yes even the Dead Boy stuff is outstanding. (ordering the cd tomorrow) . That would be great if ultimatemetal could make a forum for him or even his new band (the official site's one is overloaded with crap unrelated posts), but then again its not a metal band.... :\

I like Dax's music, but Agents and Dead aren't what I'd call metal, so a forum wouldn't be a good idea. If it was for Acid Bath, then great! But AB isn't around anymore, sadly.

This would work. Since they are long departed. Really sucks too. How the bassist died from a drunk driver plowing into his family's car. Whats even worse is the parents died and the little brother survived without them. I think Acid Bath is the most under-rated band around. They have long been one of my favorites, and even if they only came out with 2 cds a thousand years ago, I listen to them atleast once every other day. Their sound was so original. Sure it had influences but it was hard to put them in a certain genre. I really liked Dax's agents of oblivion. I got the cd. It's damn good but he now has dead boy and the elephant man , and truthfully after having the demo cd for a year. It's never been better. I just ordered the second demo last week. His singing has matured so well and the music itself is just brilliant. Nothing shitty about Dead Boy. Some could bitch cause it isn't metal but you know there is alot of genres of music that have that same "passion" that can be found in metal , and this band happens to be one of them. So anyways If there was a Acid Bath forum for the "Departed" section of UM. It would be justified and show as much validation as the bands already there.
