Poor Kramer

I have never repeated the "N" word several times in a room half filled with black people who payed me to entertain them, however, I'm sure we've all said and done stupid things that we regret later on after thinking about it! What pisses me off are all of the soft-minded jerks who seem to be calling for blood. The fact of the matter is that whether anyone agrees with what he said or not, he does have the right to say what he said. This is still America, no matter what certain doom and gloomers will try to convince you otherwise! Besides, the man publicly appalogized. If they want to refund the people who were in the audience their cover charge, I would say that would be MORE than enough to set it straight. Unfortunately, they're already talking about lawsuits!

:erk: there is always a time and place for what u say and do..nowadays the term "oh..it is free country" is just an excuse..with freedom comes responsibillities...stop insulting one another:mad:

I can't help but feel sorry for the guy. I mean what he said was really stupid but Jebus Christ do they need to make such a big deal out of it? The guy's getting death threats and all kinds of stupid shit over a stupid fucking word...in AMERICA! If it was a black guy making racist comments about another race nobody would even give a shit. It's fucking stupid shit like this that keeps racism alive in this country. Some people need to grow the fuck up and get over it all and worry about imporntant shit, like changing that stupid law that forbids selling booze on Sunday and shit.

Maybe Kramer should move to Kentucky.

Why is it that the guy who played Kramer on Seinfeld gets more heat for a racial slur than 99% of the rest of the population? What he said, you could hear just about anywhere if their weren't cameras around. And by the way, I didn't say that I agree with him or anyone calling someone a "my pals". I only said that he, under our Constitution has the right to say it.
My other point was that we have become MUCH too sensetive to name calling in America. When I was a kid, I was called every bad name in the book, and I learned to get over it. Why can't adults do the same thing?
These customers from the night club immediately started threatening to sue once they found out about the press coverage of the incident. If I could have sued everyone that called me a name as a kid, I would be a VERY rich man today!

STOP INSULTING ONE ANOTHER...it's just not inreference to the guy who played kramer... it's in general...i am glad that i live in a free country!!!but to take care of this freedom privilage "I think",is practice...that's all :hypno:

I'm starting to think the only reason there's so much publicity around this is because of Kramer himself. The guys not exactly in the spotlight these days. I think had he not tried to be so 'proactive', by jumping on tv and making public apologies, it would have blown over pretty quickly. It is what it is, a so-so comedian trying to regain some fame. And why is Jesse Jackson taking his calls?

OK...you've lost me! Are you asking me to stop insulting people? I really don't think I've insulted anyone. However, if you feel insulted, maybe you need to read more carefully.
Need I repeat myself or will you actually read what I post instead of just quoting it?

OK, got it!:kickass:

So...Jesse Jackson invites Michael Richards to do his radio show, where he apologizes...AGAIN...and Jackson calls for a boycott of the Seinfeld DVD Box Set??? WTF!?!? What did Jerry Seinfeld ever do to Jesse Jackson??? Does Jackson really think Richards recieves the majority of the money??? MOST of the profit goes to Seinfeld and Larry David, not the supporting cast! this thing is really out of control now! Even WWE Monday Night Raw has done a parody of the incident!

I heard Jesse on a radio show this morning. What an idiot that guy is. I'm sorry but I can't respect someone just because they are black. Black, white, gay, latino, whatever - you have to earn respect. You don't just deserve it because your people have been or are being opressed.

He kept saying "the Kramer" as if that is the guys actual name. "We shall ban the Kramer from our Christmas Celebrations."

The only thing that is sad about all of this is that I am getting more laughs out of all the people making it such a big deal then I got out of watching the actual clip.

Some thing else about Jesse Jackson that I almost forgot to mention. This man is a hypocrit! Does anyone remember in the 80's when he called New York City "Heimey Town"??? He asked for forgiveness yet he can't forgive Michael Richards???

Jesse Jackson is a whiney retard. Does he have any clue how stupid it makes him look... this whole boycot thing... This has nothing to do with the 7th Season of Seinfeld. Holy Fuck.
